Crafted using a bespoke Juniper Distillate, Juniperl is an alcohol free alternative to Gin. Designed to taste just as good as the real thing with juniper, grapefruit and rosemary flavours flowing through. Juniperl can be enjoyed anywhere at anytime and is best served with Tonic water, ice and a slice of grapefruit.
Refreshing and very drinkable, Juniperl hits the right balance between playful and sophistication. Enjoy at a picnic, a party or as a daily treat! The perfect serve: 50ml Juniperl, Tonic Water, Ice, Rosemary and Grapefruit slice.

Suggested Cocktails
50ml Juniperl non-alcoholic spirit
25ml Lemon juice
1tsp Simple syrup
Alcohol-free sparkling wine
Add Juniperl, lemon juice and simple syrup to a champagne flute. Top with alcohol free sparkling wine, garnish with a strip of lemon peel.
50ml Juniperl non-alcoholic spirit
25ml Elderflower cordial
25ml Lemon juice
2 Strawberries quartered
Alcohol free sparkling rose
Add the Juniperl, elderflower cordial, lemon juice and strawberries into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a wine glass. Top with alcohol-free sparkling rose.
50ml Juniperl
100ml Cranberry Juice
50ml Orange Juice
1tbsp Lime Juice
Sugar the rim of a martini glass. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass.
50ml Juniperl
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Shake together in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into glass. Top with Soda water and garnish with slice of lemon

1tbsp Honey
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
Shake together in a shaker with ice. Strain into glass. Salt rim of glass. Garnish with slice of lime

50ml Elderflower cordial (or presse)
150ml cloudy apple juice
Pour in a glass over ice. Stir together and garnish with lemon or lime

200ml Tonic
Grapefruit and Rosemary
Pour over ice, top with tonic, a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary

50ml Elderflower cordial (or presse)
50ml grapefruit juice
100ml Tonic water
Pour together over ice and top with tonic. Garnish with slice of grapefruit and sprig of rosemary.
Serves 4
200ml juniperl
800ml apple juice
1 cinnamon stick
A sprinkle of cloves
½ grated nutmeg
50g demerara sugar (optional)
Juice of half a lemon or orange
Put all ingredients together in a pan except the Juniperl and heat gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add the Juniperl. Strain into glass mugs and garnish with slice of apple, star anise and cinnamon stick.
