Welcome to OurCommunity Store, where we create a free online store for our community partners, provide assistance in selecting products to list, help with promotions, and manage the order and delivery process. We then split the profits 50/50.

Creating an Online Store

We partner with charities, schools, sports clubs, and other community organizations and help them create their own online store. Our expert team works closely with them to understand their needs, preferences, and mission, and then design and build an online store that reflects their identity and goals.

Step 2:

Product Selection

Our team works with our community partners to select products to list on their online store. We carefully curate products across drinks, foods, snacks, cleaning, gifts, homeware, and garden that meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

We ensure that all products align with our partners’ values and support their mission.

Step 3:

Promotions and Marketing

We help our community partners promote their online store by providing them with a range of marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and other promotional tools.

We also collaborate with them to run special offers, support at events and other campaigns to attract customers and supporters.

Step 4:

Order Management

We collate orders from all of our OurCommunity stores and manage the order process. Once an order is received, we work with our suppliers and brand partners to ensure that it is processed and shipped promptly.

Some products are delivered directly from the brands/suppliers, while others are fulfilled from our warehouse in Essex where we collate orders on a weekly basis.

Step 5:

Delivery

Each week, we receive deliveries from brands and suppliers and redistribute them from our warehouse in Essex to customers across the UK. Our team ensures that all deliveries are tracked and delivered on time, so customers can enjoy their purchases without delay.
